Late night at the track

I don't know what it is about running at the track, but I always want to run fast when I'm there. Part of the reason tonight was all the annoying "pretend" coaches with 7 year old boys that don't know track etiquette.  I was so ticked off about it, that I got myself worked up and running faster.  After about 2 miles the right side of my back/hip started to get tight.  So I walked a lap, stretched it then ran one more mile.  Then for the last two miles I ran clockwise around the track instead of counter-clockwise.  That seemed to help a little.
It was warm and very humid when I started, and by the time I finished I was dripping sweat.  Not very pleasant.
