Short run

I've got a lot going on tonight and I'm cutting back my mileage for an easy week this week. Plus it was HOT today. So 4 miles was enough. I started fast, faster than I meant to [7:47, 7:35], and then walked/ran the second half [9:29, 8:54]. Overall a good run, no shin trouble, I felt strong.  I didn't know I was running that fast until Endo told me so, it wasn't that hard of an effort.
