A short update

It's been a good running month.  I hit 109 total for the month- my second highest month ever.  Plus I did 34 miles on my bike and 9.6 miles walking.  Except for some soreness in my abs, I'm injury free.  Here's hoping for a good 10 mile run tomorrow.

Tuesday's very fast run
